Shipping & Returns

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. We offer standard shipping options for domestic and international orders. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order, destination, and shipping method selected. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

 

Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images to ensure customer satisfaction. Shipping cost are not valid for purchase of vending machines. Delivery of vending machines will acquire charges dependent upon the weight of the machine. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at info@valleyvendingservices.net within 7 days of receiving the order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement if necessary. If you receive a damaged or defective item and are instructed to return it, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. Please follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team.
